Hello Visitor,
Greetings
Marriage Law & Celebrant Section (MLCS) Online Survey
Prior to the introduction of new marriage forms on 1st July 2014, CoCA pushed for consultation with celebrant associations and experienced celebrants as the most cost efficient method of reviewing these forms.
CoCA surveyed over 7,000 celebrants on our mailing list, produced a comprehensive submission and tabled this with the MLCS on 1st December 2014.
The CoCA Marriage Forms Submission can be viewed online or downloaded as a pdf from: Marriage Forms CoCA Submission 2014
To save you time, we suggest reading the CoCA submission first, then in answer to the MLCS survey questions, writing something like: -
I agree with the CoCA Marriage submission In addition I recommend …. Or I agree with the CoCA Marriage submission Except for X, I recommend ….
MLCS Survey closes 7th April 2015 and can be accessed from here
Kind regards
