Conflict of Interest Scenarios The Marriage Law and Celebrants Section (ML&CS) of the Attorney-General’s department (AGD) is requesting feedback on a number of conflict of interest scenarios. The purpose of this feedback is to provide input to the review of Conflict of Interest provisions and to assist clarification and guidelines.
